As we shared earlier this month, our district is transitioning to ParentSquare, a new communication platform designed to enhance our connection with you. ParentSquare will replace SchoolMessenger, and will be used for all district-wide, school-specific, and classroom communications, including school closings, delays, and emergency notifications, starting in the 2024-2025 school year.
With ParentSquare, you can:
- Use ParentSquare from any device—desktop or mobile
- Benefit from enhanced translation options
- Tailor your communication preferences to fit your needs
- Receive all district, school, and classroom communications via email, text, or app
- View school and classroom calendars and RSVP for events
- Stay informed and engaged in one centralized place!
Activate Your Account
You will soon receive an invitation email or text to join ParentSquare. Please click the link to activate your account in the invitation received. It takes less than a minute. Our goal is for every family to join ParentSquare and engage with our school community.
You can use ParentSquare on any device. You can download the free mobile app for iOS or Android or use the desktop version at www.parentsquare.com.
Getting Started with ParentSquare
Once you activate your account and log in, you can access many helpful resources by clicking the question mark in the upper right corner (desktop version) and then “Help Articles” in the menu. In the app, you can access the help articles by clicking the menu icon in the upper left corner (look for three horizontal lines).
Users who already have a registered ParentSquare account can access modules and webinars to learn more about the platform and its features. Training courses can be accessed without a registered ParentSquare account.
