Dear Spartan Families,
We are thrilled to announce that we are expanding our support and opportunities for high school students who are considering continuing their education at the college level after graduation. This year, for the first time, we will be offering the administration of the PSAT during school hours for all 10th-grade students at no cost. The PSAT will be administered on October 24, 2024, and provides students with a valuable opportunity to experience the structure of the SAT while offering detailed feedback that can be used to enhance their performance on the actual SAT. Any 11th-grade students interested in taking the PSAT this fall should email Mr. Kane, our new high school guidance counselor.
In addition to administering the PSAT, we are also excited to introduce an SAT preparation program available to all interested students. This course will be offered outside of the school day, ensuring that students have flexible options to fit their schedules. The program will be carefully scheduled and thoughtfully designed to help students prepare for the May administration of the SAT. It will include both digital and physical resources to ensure students have everything they need to perform at their best. Any 11th-grade or 12th-grade students interested in this opportunity should email Mr. Kane.
