Florida Union Free School District residents on May 15 approved the proposed $21,690,646 million budget for the 2018-19 school year and elected two people to the School Board.
The spending plan was approved by a vote of 326 yes votes to 163 no votes.
Voters additionally approved two propositions.
A proposition to allow continuous voter registration passed by a vote of 330 to 139.
A proposition to establish a capital reserve fund passed with a vote of 326 to 143.
Robert Scheuermann, with 323 votes, and John Redman, with 282, were elected to the Florida Union Free School District Board of Education.
Scheuermann, along with incumbents Redman and Matthew Mulhare, were vying for two, 3-year seats.
Mulhare received 280 votes.
