Dear Parents and Student Athletes,
As we gear up for the upcoming athletic season, we are excited to invite you to an important meeting to discuss key information and updates. We are encouraging ALL incoming 7th, 8th, and 9th graders to attend with their parent(s) and all other grade levels are welcome to review our Athletic Handbook.
Date: June 25th
Time: 6 p.m.
Location: Seward’s Cafetorium
During this meeting, we will cover:
1. Athletic Handbook Review
2. Team Policies: Guidelines on attendance, conduct, and sportsmanship.
3. Health and Safety: Protocols for injuries
4. Parent Involvement: Ways for parents to support and get involved with the teams.
5. Q&A Session: Open floor for any questions or concerns you may have.
