Winter sports registration is open and will close on 11/27. Any
questions see Mr. Dimattina.

There will be a Drama Club Tech and Crew Interest meeting today in
room 203. Anyone interested should attend.

There is no Chess Club this week.

Today’s wellness tip is all about *sleep*. Yes, that magical thing we
never seem to get enough of! Did you know that teenagers need
around 8-10 hours of sleep each night? And no, sleeping in on
weekends doesn’t quite make up for late nights spent scrolling or
gaming. Quality sleep can boost your mood, focus, memory, and even
athletic performance-it’s like a free power-up for your day!

So tonight, try setting aside your phone at least 30 minutes before bed,
dim the lights, and give your brain a chance to wind down. Trust me,
even one good night of sleep can make a big difference in how you feel.
